Dose of Positivity

I'm a happy person 😄.

I was saying this to myself (unconsciously at first)while listening to music and I smiled when I became conscious of what I was saying. Why?
I realized it has become a sort of mantra for me especially when I have a thought about some things in the past or  when I catch myself laughing heartily and I need an explanation on why I'm laughing from my belly😄.

In the moments when I don't seem to be happy, I don't remember my so-called mantra, this doesn't make me a less happy person.

If you're thinking my little story was unnecessary, this is the point;
The things you say to yourself really matters. Over time, it becomes a part of you and you don't even realize it except you think consciously about it. If you're used to saying negative things about yourself, all of who you are accepts it and the same thing happens if you say positive things too.

Your positive mantra might not be the same as mine but you should cultivate the habit of telling yourself the best things of who you are and who you want to be. It positions you to move towards the direction of your own confession. 

I hope I've been able to convince you and not to confuse you that speaking positive things to yourself is good for you🤣.
